How it works

Two ways to get a Foundation platform

Have us build a composite body and install it on your chassis, or order a flatbed camper as a kit and build it yourself. Here’s how each path works.

Two ways to work with us

We build & install

You bring the chassis (or we source it); we manufacture the composite body and install it as a final-stage manufacturer — road-legal and ready to outfit. This is the path for van bodies, E-Series, truck platforms, and our heavy-duty expedition cabover campers.

You build it yourself

Order a flatbed camper as a pre-cut kit and assemble it in your own garage or shop — or have us build and finish it for you. This is the DIY path for flatbed and expedition trucks.

The path to a build

We build & install — from chassis to keys

Choose a chassis

Ford Transit or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a nimble four-season van; E-Series or a medium/heavy-duty chassis for more payload and clearance.

Choose a body size

Van bodies come in four lengths — 11.25′, 12.5′, 14′, and 14.5′, depending on the chassis. Pick the habitat length and floor space the build needs.

Choose your options

European entry door, hidden access stairs, windows and skylights, passthrough, and paint-match to the cab. We finish the shell to your plan.

We build and install

We manufacture the composite body and install it on your chassis as a final-stage manufacturer in Golden, Colorado — road-legal and ready to outfit.

Build your own body

Get a kit shipped — or have us build it

Beyond our installed van bodies, we make composite camper kits you can build yourself. Every kit ships pre-cut with the panels, thermal-break aluminum extrusions, brackets, and hardware — assemble it in your own garage or shop, or have us assemble it for you. (Kits are for flatbed builds — not for the van-chassis bodies.)

Flatbed camper kit

A bed-off flatbed camper on a 1.5" R-11 composite panel, with detachable camper-jack brackets — lift it off and your truck is a working flatbed again, then reload it to camp on the weekend. Single-rear-wheel or dually, rectangular or departure-angle. Buildable in a weekend.

The heavy-duty expedition cabover we build and install for you — it is not offered as a DIY kit. Ask us about sizing and pricing for your platform.
